Why It Matters

Every Day Uncredentialed Is Revenue You Can't Recover

A provider who isn't enrolled with a payer can't bill that payer. Delays in credentialing mean delayed revenue — often for 60 to 120 days. We move fast so you start billing sooner.

Faster Enrollment Timelines

Our specialists know each payer's specific documentation requirements, submission portals, and contact points — cutting through delays that bog down in-house teams for months.

Complete Application Management

We gather all required documentation, complete every application form, and submit to payers on your behalf — no incomplete applications, no rejected packets.

CAQH Profile Setup & Maintenance

We set up, complete, and maintain your CAQH ProView profile — ensuring it's always attested, up-to-date, and fully accessible to payers requiring it during credentialing.

Proactive Status Tracking

We follow up with every payer every week — tracking application status, responding to payer requests for additional information, and escalating stalled applications immediately.

Re-credentialing & Re-attestation

Most payers require re-credentialing every 2–3 years. We track all expiration dates and initiate re-credentialing well in advance — so your enrollment never lapses.

Hospital & Facility Privileging

Beyond payer enrollment, we manage the hospital privileging process — coordinating with medical staff offices to secure the clinical privileges your providers need to practice.

FAQ

Common Questions About Credentialing

The timeline varies by payer. Medicare enrollment typically takes 30–60 days. Commercial payers average 60–120 days. Some Medicaid programs can take 90–180 days depending on the state. We submit to all payers simultaneously and follow up weekly to minimise delays wherever possible.
This depends on the payer. Some commercial payers offer a retroactive billing period once approved — meaning claims submitted after the effective date can be backdated to when the provider began seeing patients (often the application date). We advise on this on a payer-by-payer basis to protect your revenue during the pending period.
CAQH ProView is a centralised credentialing database used by most commercial payers. Instead of submitting the same documents to each payer separately, a completed CAQH profile can be shared with all participating payers. We create, complete, and maintain your CAQH profile as part of our credentialing service — including quarterly attestation.
Typically: current NPI (Type 1 and 2), DEA certificate, state medical licence(s), board certification certificates, malpractice insurance certificate, CV with no gaps, work history for the past 5–10 years, photo ID, medical school diploma, residency/fellowship completion letters, and any other state-specific requirements. We provide a complete checklist on intake.
Yes. We track all re-credentialing cycles across every payer and initiate the process 6 months before the expiration date — well ahead of any lapse. We also manage licence renewals, DEA renewals, malpractice renewals, and CAQH re-attestation reminders.
Absolutely. We handle everything — NPI registration, PECOS setup, CAQH profile creation, Tax ID/EIN verification, group and individual payer enrollments, and EDI enrollment for electronic claims. Whether you're a solo practitioner opening a new practice or a multi-provider group adding a new location, we manage the full setup.
