Why 360Solutions Exists

360Solutions was founded on a simple observation: most independent medical practices are running on billing operations that were never designed for the modern claims environment. Coding rules change, payer policies shift, denial workflows pile up — and every untracked claim is real revenue lost.

We started by working hands-on with a handful of solo practitioners and small groups, rebuilding their billing operations from the ground up — same-day claim submission, certified specialty coders, persistent AR follow-up, and weekly KPI reporting. Within months, those practices were collecting more, faster, and with full visibility into their numbers for the first time.

Today we serve practices across all 50 US states, in specialties ranging from family medicine and pediatrics to behavioural health, orthopedics, cardiology, and urgent care.
